So I indulged myself the other day and bought a FFVII necklace from ebay. I feel I owe it to myself - as I've made over $80 selling just a few things this past month. Not to mention the money I've saved from getting CDs on the swap sites.

--

Still looking for work.

--

Still looking for a car. (and I need to call Mercy tomorrow to set up my road test appointment)

---

Still need to send my acceptance to U of M. They offered me $3000 a year! That's almost half tuition!

--

Still need to get into the "yoga every night" habit.

I've recently re-discovered yoga. I took the class in sophomore year and loved it, but that was only for one semester. But it really got me into shape~ Not to mention, it calmed me down quite a bit during my bad times.

This year, I started taking another class outside of school, but it only meets on Wednesdays, like -- the most important day of the week for me.

I looked up Yoga, in iTunes to see if by any chance they had some good yoga podcast, and lo and behold! Yogamazing.com! This podcast is GREAT. It's a video podcast with episodes usually between 20 and 30 minutes of the guy leading his class (or just himself) in a yoga routine.

What I like about this is the themes each episode has. There's Yoga for Fat Burning, Yoga for Tennis, Yoga for Flexibility, Yoga for Anxiety, etc.! I was a bit skeptical at first. I thought to myself, How could anyone do so many themes? Yoga is just YOGA. There's only a set number of regular poses. But BOY was I wrong! Each episode does exactly what it says it will and by the end of it, you feel energized or relaxed or just plain satisfied.

Because you're doing this in the privacy of your own home, you don't feel pressured to do the thing the people around you are doing, something I struggle with, and you just try to do your best. Chaz is a great instructor and really leads you through what you're supposed to be doing. It's an excellent podcast for yoga beginners as well as experts.

I really think that anyone could benefit from doing yoga. It's calming and peaceful...and best part about it? It's free!
