How did you create your username for VOX? What influenced your decision?
Submitted by Strive2Be.
At the time, Mutter was my username on GreatestJournal. It's the name of my favorite Rammstein song, it's the way I usually talk, and I often feel like the mother of all my friends.

What food item would you miss the most if it were removed from your diet and recipes?

Oh god, cheetos. ): The most important part of my diet.
So Kim and I have been weird again. Or at least - kim has? I don't know why. After the whole Stine thing, I guess. I do feel like I may have been cold with her a few times, but I chalk that up to PMS and the illness that ravaged my body last week.
I've just grown so apathetic to all of the situations. I don't want to deal with anything anymore. Just be frank with me or don't cause drama.
Who is ringing in the New Year with you? Who do you wish could be with you, but isn't there?
I'm bringin down the house all by myself this year. My parents at a friends party I did not want to attend, my friends are somewhere else and unaccounted for.
Me?
I'm trying on my sister's old prom dresses. :) I'll bring in the new year in style.
I refuse to spend my new year blogging.
What's your favorite thing to drink when it's cold outside?
Tea.

In other news:
Stop trying to guilt us into talking to you. Talking about how unfortunate you are just so that you can get back into our good graces/attention isn't going to work. You could have gotten that by just saying, "hey, guys, I want to talk to you again," not victimizing us by saying you feel "excommunicated from our circle."
:/
That whole situation was for attention and you know it.
List five reasons (at least) why you are awesome.

What are some ways you save money?
Submitted by Pixiemom.
I make my own things! I made my own makeup bag, tote bags, wallets, pencil cases, leg warmers, arm warmers, and am currently working on a messenger bag! Other than that, I'm just terrible at conserving money. If I have cash, I use it. It's a terrible habit that I must break before I get to college.
Ringtones: What's yours and how often do you change it?
Submitted by enrico.
Oh yeah, because I'm obnoxious, I'm doing two question in one day! :D
Currently, I have some generic ringtone called "Feel my groove" because it sounds VAGUELY like Sandstorm.
However, my dream ringtone is the new Doctor Who opening theme song.
Mari wants a tardis. ;-;
Do you tend to like music in particular genres, or are your tastes all over the place? What are your most and least favorite musical genres?
This question was made specifically for me, right? Haha..
My music tastes are all over the place - really. My top genres are usually very electronica themed - something with a really good synth/electronic blend but still with very melodic tones really makes me happy. You can see the influence of my early musical loves (Linkin Park, AFI, Ace of Base) in almost everything I listen to today. Especially with Linkin Park. Their remix album, Reanimation, is still one of my favorite albums to this day, and is exactly what I look for in terms of electronic/industrial music. Nine Inch Nails is the perfect mix of electronica and industrial rock, which is, undoubtedly, why they're one of my favorite bands today.
Another genre I love has got to be post-rock. It's stuff like MONO, Explosions in the Sky, The Album Leaf, World's End Girlfriend (which is more electronic/ambient). Post-Rock music tends to be all-instrumental (or with limited vocals) and focuses on building stories with music. Quiet intro growing to an epic climax before dying down again. It paints a landscape. For me, I find that music is more important than lyrics. I'll suffer through poorly written lyrics if I like the music. (*cough*Ayo Technology*cough*)
Recenly, I've been getting into hip-hop. Timbaland, Rihanna, Sage Francis. I started listening after TJ and I broke up because it was the only thing I couldn't associate with him. Since then, I've been casually listening to that sort of music because -- well -- it's empowering, in a way.
Other genres I typically listen to include indie pop, symphonic metal, alternative metal, pop in foreign languages, goth rock, and revival music (i.e. Queens of the Stone Age and NOFX)
The only genre I wont' listen to is country. I find the voices really irritating, probably because I dislike southern accents, and the music is just too generic. :/
...
That was too much for such a short question, right?
What did you do as a child that you feel guilty about even to this day?
In 4th grade, I made fun of a kid for having appedicitis. We were all writing him a get-well-soon card and I wrote a poem about how he smelled. (Roses are red, violets are blue, you look like a monkey, and smell like one too) So my teacher got all mad and made us re-do it because of it. He never found out, I don't think.
What's funny is that, about two years ago, that teacher killed her husband.
